I am passionate about advancing social and economic development through effective, evidence-based policymaking.
Currently I work in the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research (MER) Department at the National Rural Support Programme (NRSP), supporting the assessment and enhancement of development projects across Pakistan.
Previously, I provided research and policy support as a Development Fellow at the Ministry of Planning Development and Special Initiatives.
I hold a bachelor's degree from the University of Pretoria in Public Administration, International Relations, and Political Sciences, and on the verge of attaining an MPhil in Governance and Public Policy from the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics.
SFEHRP: Led M&E, beneficiary training, and grievance redressal for housing reconstruction.

Women Entrepreneurs Project: Empowered rural women via field visits and partner collaborations.
